RBS Buildings

Rutgers Business School is a dual campus school. Our main buildings are 1 Washington Park in Newark and 100 Rockafeller Road in New Brunswick. Off-campus locations are also found in Jersey City and Morristown. For more information, please click below.

Newark Campus

1 Washington Park

1 Washington Park has been home to Rutgers Business School Newark since July of 2009.  Built-in 1983, the building was created for New Jersey Bell, now known as Verizon. 1 Washington Park is home to Rutgers Business School and Audible. Rutgers Business School occupies the first 11 floors of the building. The building is comprised of 30 classrooms and computer labs, a rooftop garden, and over 300 faculty and staff offices.

25 James Street

25 James Street is home to Rutgers University – Newark Small Business Development Center. It is located on the corner of James Street and Essex Street, down the street from 1 Washington Park. New Brunswick Campus

100 Rockafeller Road

Erected in 2013, 100 Rockafeller Road is home to Rutgers Business School on the Livingston Campus. With over 64,000 usable square feet, the building features 24 classrooms and 170 faculty and staff offices.

Janice H. Levin Building

Prior to the construction of 100 Rockafeller Road, the Janice H. Levin Building was home to Rutgers Business School until 2015. The building is home to the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) and approximately 29 Rutgers Business School offices.

Off-Campus

Jersey City

The Master Business of Fashion Program will be holding classes at 89 York Street, on the corner of York and Washington Street in downtown Jersey City. Home of York Street Project, it was formally known as Kenmare High School, an all-girls private Roman Catholic High School.  

RBS Students will be required to show proof of ID upon entering the building.  

Parking is available for students and faculty in the adjacent lot. Additional street parking is available on York Street.
