1 Washington Park has been home to Rutgers Business School Newark since July of 2009. Built in 1983, the building was created for New Jersey Bell, now known as Verizon. 1 Washington Park is home to Rutgers Business School and Audible. Rutgers Business School occupies the first 11 floors of the building. The building is comprised of 30 classrooms and computer labs, a rooftop garden, and over 300 faculty and staff offices.
